The daily service here was excellent, the room was on the main level, and we loved the great and excellent breakfasts they provided with gravy and sausage, the location was comfortable and conveniently close to everything!

The motel allows pets, but when we arrived, there was a $40 fee for them that we didn't know about until checking in. It would have been nice to know that when we made the reservation. We were evacuating for the hurricane, so we had to pay it instead of trying to find another place to stay after a long travel day.

Other than a few small pieces of paper left on the floor, there really wasn't much to not like :> The bathroom looked very clean, as did all the linens and room surfaces.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. the location was nice, in a safe area. the meals were outstanding and there was an Applebee's near the property.

Such great stay, as always. Enchanting and absolutely great accommodation with magnificent setting close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, and the Bessemer Civic Center. Pleasant, welcoming staff towards all guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the Best Western Plus Bessemer. The hotel was wonderful and ideal due to its favorable location close to the interstate, Tuscaloosa, and Birmingham. The food was yummy and great.

Bed was really comfortable and room was quite clean.

Air conditioner was pretty loud. It sounded as if a diesel truck was running outside my window.

The rooms are clean and bright here, with king-size beds and showers.

We have booked a double room with a mini fridge in the cabinet under the TV and a `` roll-in '' shower, for example for 1 night.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Bessemer. The property was clean with exceptional staff. The rooms were upscale and well-appointed with convenient amenities like a safe box, TV, and a microwave oven. The hotel's location was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, and major interstates leading to Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
